About Us

Larson Landscaping has been designing and installing award winning landscapes for twenty-nine years. We cover the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles areas. We specialize in custom residential from a small town house patio to large estates. We can take your project from design to completion. Although we design most of our projects we can install from your plans. We are a smaller size firm and as such owner Gordon Larson personally oversees every project. We install all aspects of your landscape from patios, paths, walls and steps to over head structures, arbors and fences. We install irrigation, including drip and micro spray, drainage systems and hillside erosion control. We install water features including all natural waterfalls, streams and ponds. Plants, trees, lawns, vegetable gardens, outdoor kitchens and fire pits, if it is in your yard we can do it. We want your yard to be a part of your home. A place for the kids to play, to entertain friends and family, a place to read the paper over a cup coffee. In Southern California we are blessed with a climate that allows us to spend a lot of time in our yards.
Over the years we have many awards for our projects with most being for residential and a few were for commercial projects. The awards that we are the most proud of have been in the Xeriscape category both residential and commercial. Xeriscape landscaping is centered around the ideas of low and efficient water use and drought tolerant plantings. We are experts at installing drip irrigation systems.
We have been members of the California Landscape Contractors Association, (CLCA) for twenty-four years. Gordon has served as chapter president and at the state level as secretary/treasure for four years and currently serves as chairman of the Ways and Means committee. CLCA, with over three thousand member companies is devoted to professional in the landscape industry.
